RBT - Registered Behavior Technician, Full or Part time

Location: Northwest Indianapolis

Hours: Full and Part Time Positions Available 8:30-4:30 workday

Autism Companion Services (ACS) has job opportunities available in an Indianapolis clinic, a Hamilton County school system, and private daycare nearby. As an RBT, you provide individualized therapy for children with autism and work closely with Behavior Analysts and other ACS team members. This is an opportunity to work 1:1 with children with autism as they acquire and develop new skills! We have a wonderful work environment, culture, and passion for working with children with autism. ACS is offering full AND part time positions for those who may need flexibility.

Job Requirements:

• ABA therapy experience as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
• Able to pass a background check
• First Aid/CPR certified a plus
• Able to effectively operate a computer/tablet and learn new software
• High School diploma or equivalent required to be an RBT
• Eager to continue learning and developing skills within Applied Behavior Analysis
• Excellent communication skills
• Able to lift 50 pounds
• Able to be on feet for long periods of time
• Able to get up and down off of the floor where therapy often takes place
• Willingness to perform other assigned duties/tasks

Pay: $19-$23 per hour
