Role: Certified Surgical Technologist

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain sterile fields for surgical procedures
• Manage instruments and supplies efficiently
• Assist surgeons and nurses during various surgeries
• Anticipate surgical needs to support smooth operations
• Maintain aseptic technique and perform accurate counts of instruments and supplies
• Support efficient room turnover to optimize workflow
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure patient safety and successful surgical outcomes

Qualifications & Skills

• Certification as a Surgical Technologist
• Knowledge of sterile techniques and surgical procedures
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced operating room environment
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
