Certified Yoga Instructor Group Classes

Job Overview

We are looking for Instructors for various different classes to provide direction and leadership for groups of 10-20 people. The classes we plan to offer are;

We are seeking passionate and knowledgeable Instructors for any and all of the above styles of fitness to join our dynamic team at our resort. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in fitness with certifications and the ability to educate clients on proper exercise techniques, body mechanics, and program design. This role requires a commitment to promoting a healthy lifestyle and helping clients achieve their fitness goals through engaging in group fitness classes.

Responsibilities

• Lead group fitness classes, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for all participants.
• Educate clients on proper exercise techniques, body mechanics, and the importance of anatomy and physiology in fitness.
• Provide motivation and support to clients during workouts, fostering a positive atmosphere.
• Stay updated on the latest fitness trends, techniques, and best practices in the industry.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Fitness Instructor or similar role within a gym or health club setting.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, body mechanics, and program design principles.
• Certification in group fitness instruction or related field is preferred (e.g., ACE, NASM).
• Experience leading Yoga classes, in a group formats is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate and motivate clients effectively.
• Passion for health and wellness with a commitment to ongoing professional development in the fitness industry.
• Ability to work hour classes multiple times per week.

Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
