CFA Manager

Cilead Pharmaceuticals Private Limited is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Billing, Inventory & Dispatch Executive to manage day-to-day billing, inventory, packaging and dispatch operations at our Jaipur office.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare sales invoices, GST bills and credit notes using billing software.
• Manage daily product packing, order processing and dispatch activities.
• Maintain accurate stock records and inventory entries.
• Handle inward and outward stock entries.
• Verify product names, batch numbers, expiry dates and quantities before dispatch.
• Generate e-way bills and maintain dispatch-related documentation, wherever applicable.
• Coordinate with transporters, distributors and the sales team.
• Maintain daily sales, stock and dispatch reports using MS Excel.
• Ensure proper storage, handling and organization of pharmaceutical products.
• Report stock discrepancies and billing errors to management.

Requirements

• Minimum 12th pass; graduates preferred.
• Basic knowledge of GST billing and invoicing.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling stock and invoices.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
• Freshers with good computer skills are welcome to apply.
