Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage overall financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow.
• Monitor company accounts, financial performance, and profitability.
• Prepare and review P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statements, and MIS reports.
• Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory requirements.
• Develop financial strategies to improve profitability and control costs.
• Monitor working capital, receivables, payables, and fund utilization.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, consultants, and financial institutions.
• Establish strong internal financial controls and risk management systems.
• Analyze financial data and provide strategic recommendations to management.
• Oversee accounting and finance teams and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Manage banking relationships, loans, investments, and other financial matters.
• Identify financial risks and implement appropriate corrective measures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce; CA preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, taxation, and statutory compliance.
• Excellent understanding of P&L, Balance Sheet, MIS, budgeting, and cash flow.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
• Excellent communication and team management skills.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
