Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Financial Leadership
• Develop and execute the organization''s financial strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and business restructuring initiatives.
• Financial Planning & Analysis
• Prepare annual budgets and long-term financial plans.
• Develop profitability improvement strategies for each business vertical.
• Corporate Finance & Treasury
• Manage cash flow and working capital efficiently.
• Oversee treasury operations and fund management.
• Accounting & Financial Reporting
• Ensure compliance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), Companies Act, and applicable accounting standards.
• Taxation & Statutory Compliance
• Ensure compliance with:
• Income Tax
• FEMA (where applicable)
• Manage tax planning and optimization within legal frameworks.
• Internal Controls & Risk Management
• Develop robust financial controls and governance frameworks.
• Identify financial and operational risks and implement mitigation plans.
• Team Leadership
• Lead and mentor the Finance & Accounts team.
• Develop succession planning and talent development.
