KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the organization’s goals.
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting and analysis to support informed decision-making.
• Manage capital structure, funding, treasury, cash flow and working capital efficiently.
• Establish and enhance financial systems, processes and internal controls to ensure accuracy, transparency and compliance.
• Monitor financial performance, identify risks and opportunities, and provide actionable insights to management.
• Lead and develop a high-performing finance team and foster a culture of accountability and collaboration.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; CPA or CFA preferred.
• At least 10 years of progressive experience in finance with a minimum of 5 years in a CFO or senior finance leadership role.
• Strong knowledge and experience in investment, financial management, M&A and strategic planning.
• Proven track record of driving business performance and creating value.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to operate in a fast-changing environment.
