首席財務官 CFO

About the role

This is a Founding CFO position at partner level. The role requires a senior financial leader who can drive group valuation, fundraising, and financial architecture for a Hong Kong-headquartered holding group with multiple business divisions including private clubs, recruitment platforms, media, entertainment, and community commerce.

Key responsibilities

• Build valuation models for the group and subsidiaries that investors can trust
• Lead the next round of fundraising (target: Series A / Pre-A)
• Design group financial architecture including internal capital flows, treasury, and cap table management
• Establish investor data room and financial narrative

About you

• At least one successful fundraising experience (seed to Series B, any role: CFO, VP Finance, founding team)
• Familiar with convertible notes, SAFE, cap table, and equity compensation
• Able to adapt to early-stage pace and handle multi-entity group structures
• VC or family office network preferred (Greater Bay Area / Hong Kong)
• Fluent in Cantonese and English; Mandarin is a plus
• Comfortable with startup-style compensation structure
