该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责：
- 全面负责公司财务战略规划及资本运作； 2.搭建高效财务管控体系，优化资金使用效率； 3.统筹境内外融资事务，主导完成年度融资目标2亿元以上
- 建立财务风险预警机制，确保合规审计零重大缺陷； 5.拓展多元化融资渠道，包括但不限于股权融资、债权融资及结构化融资方案 ； 任职要求：
1.985/211院校财务金融类硕士学历，CPA/ACCA持证
2.10年以上跨国企业财务高管经验，3年同岗位管理经验
- 主导过单笔超3亿元融资项目，熟悉IPO/并购全流程
- 精通IFRS/US GAAP准则，英语可作为工作语言
- 具备丰富的资本市场资源，成功运作过Pre-IPO轮融资经验者优先 6.熟悉生物医药行业者优先；
