What they need
Role & responsibilities :
Qualified Chartered Accountant is mandatory.
Approximately 12- 18 years of post-qualification experience in progressively responsible finance leadership roles.
Strong experience in a high-growth B2B, e-commerce, distribution or technology-enabled business.
Experience working within a large, professionally managed organisation with exposure to Board reporting, strategic finance, treasury, funding and capital allocation.
Demonstrated experience in building finance functions, implementing ERP systems and establishing financial controls and processes.
Hands-on exposure to credit, lending, Embedded Finance, customer financing or financial partnerships.
Strong understanding of profitability analysis, unit economics, working capital and cash-flow management.
Experience in working with financial institutions and external stakeholders.
