Job Description

• Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives
• Identify opportunities for business growth and expansion
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Lead a large finance team, both commercial finance and controllership
• Develop and retain a high performing finance organisation, building a succession pipeline
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, implementing governance and controls where needed
• Manage relationships with global stakeholders and local partners
• Collaborate with C-Suite executives to align financial goals with corporate strategy

The Successful Applicant

• Track record in a CFO position or fast progression in senior finance leadership positions
• Strong background in strategic and commercial finance, ideally within consumer goods
• Experience leading teams in the Philippines
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• The ability to make data-driven decisions and drive business growth
• Can operate at C-level while being very hands on and detail-orientated
