  • 15+ years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, corporate financial management, or related fields, including significant senior executive leadership experience.
  • Proven experience serving as a CFO, VP of Finance, or senior financial executive within a complex organization.
  • Strong understanding of biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, healthcare diagnostics, life sciences, or related industries preferred.
  • Demonstrated expertise in financial planning, capital management, financial reporting, budgeting, and strategic investment analysis.
  • Extensive knowledge of US GAAP, SEC reporting, SOX compliance, and public company financial governance.
  • Proven ability to manage complex financial operations, capital structures, and corporate financing activities.
  • Experience supporting mergers and acquisitions, strategic partnerships, licensing agreements, and capital market transactions.
  • Strong financial modeling, analytical, risk management, and executive decision-making capabilities.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, investor relations, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA, CPA, or CFA designation strongly preferred.
  • Experience working in a publicly traded, multinational, or research-driven healthcare organization preferred.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a strategic and results-driven financial executive who combines strong financial expertise with disciplined business judgment and hands-on leadership.
