A global consumer company is hiring a CFO to lead its finance organization and partner with senior leadership on business strategy and performance. This executive position requires a well-rounded finance leader with strong expertise across accounting and FP&A, combined with the ability to manage a large team and operate effectively in an international environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the overall finance function, including accounting, FP&A, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance.
• Act as a strategic business partner to senior leadership, providing financial insights and commercial guidance.
• Drive business performance through financial planning, analysis, KPI management, and effective resource allocation.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting while maintaining strong governance and internal controls.
• Lead, develop, and motivate a finance organization of more than 20 professionals.

Requirements:

• Well-rounded leadership experience across both accounting and FP&A.
• Strong business-partnering skills with the ability to influence executive decision-making.
• Proven experience managing and developing a large finance team.
• Fluent Japanese and English communication skills.
• Strategic, commercially minded, hands-on, and comfortable working in a global technology environment.
