TP4 Advisors – CFO Specialist

We are seeking highly skilled and experienced CFO Specialists to provide strategic financial leadership and guidance to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, extensive experience in financial management, and the ability to drive business growth and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic financial leadership and guidance to clients to optimize financial performance and achieve business objectives.
• Develop and implement financial strategies, plans, and policies to support long-term growth and sustainability.
• Conduct financial analysis, forecasting, and modeling to support decision-making and strategic planning.
• Oversee financial reporting and analysis, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and transparency.
• Collaborate with executive leadership and other stakeholders to develop and execute business strategies and initiatives.
• Manage financial risk, including identification, assessment, and mitigation strategies.
• Monitor financial performance and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Provide guidance and support on complex financial transactions, investments, and business decisions.
• Lead and mentor finance and accounting staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in finance and accounting.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 20+ years of experience in finance or accounting roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership or executive position.
• CPA, CFA, or other relevant professional certifications preferred.
• Strong understanding of finance, accounting, and business principles and practices.
• Proficiency in financial analysis tools and software.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
