CGI WMIS Technical Support Engineer (L3) - 63735

We are looking for a skilled CGI WMIS Technical Support Engineer (L3) with 6 to 9 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have expertise in WMIS integration, interface queues, and technical support.

Roles and Responsibility

• Provide technical support for WMIS integration with various systems such as Maximo, GIS, SAP, and MWM.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to interface queues and technical support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of WMIS with other systems.
• Develop and implement solutions to complex technical problems using CGI WMIS technologies.
• Conduct thorough analysis of technical issues and provide root cause analysis reports.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop technical solutions.
