CHA Documentation ( Import )

LL Logistics . is looking for an experienced EDI Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of customs documentation, EDI processes, and CHA operations.

Experience: 4+ Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling EDI filing and customs documentation.
• Good knowledge of HSN Codes, applicable duty rates, and customs procedures.
• Preparing and processing import/export documentation.
• Coordinating with Customs House Agents (CHA), shipping lines, and other stakeholders.
• Ensuring compliance with customs regulations and timely clearance of shipments.
• Maintaining accurate documentation and records.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in EDI/Customs Documentation.
• Good knowledge of HSN Codes, customs duty rates, and documentation.
• Sound understanding of CHA procedures and customs regulations.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and EDI-related systems.

Salary: 30 to 40K

Working Days: Monday to Saturday
