Chafee Youth Development Coordinator

The Community Partnership is seeking a full-time Chafee Coordinator for its Youth Development Department. This role is responsible for building and maintaining regular contact with older youth in the foster care system through home visits and life skills classes. The ideal candidate will understand individual needs and differences and conduct themselves professionally, especially when handling confidential information and working with youth and facility staff. A bachelor’s degree in social work, education, psychology, or a related field from an accredited college or university is required. Experience working with teenagers and knowledge of the foster care system are also preferred.

Pay: From $20.91 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 per week
