Job Overview

Herbiotics is looking for a Chains Head to manage and develop relationships with key retail chains, pharmacy chains, and major accounts. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in Key Accounts / Chain Management and strong business development and relationship-management skills.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and develop relationships with key retail and pharmacy chains.

Handle major accounts and ensure smooth business operations.

Develop strategies to increase sales and expand Herbiotics' presence across chain accounts.

Negotiate commercial terms, promotions, and business opportunities.

Monitor sales performance, targets, stock availability, and product placement.

Identify new business opportunities within key accounts and chains.

Coordinate with internal teams for timely order processing and delivery.

Maintain strong professional relationships with key decision-makers.

Prepare regular sales and account performance reports for management.

Requirements

Male candidates preferred.

Minimum 1 year of experience in Key Accounts / Chain Management.

Experience in Pharmaceutical, Nutraceutical, FMCG, Retail, or related industries will be preferred.

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.

Good understanding of retail and pharmacy chain business.

Target-oriented with strong business development skills.

Ability to manage multiple key accounts effectively.
