Chair-based Movement Instructor

Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate, social and energetic person that we can train to become a Chair Based Movement Instructor and lead our award winning movement sessions. In this role, you will deliver safe, inclusive, and motivating chair-based exercise sessions that promote physical activity, improve mobility, and enhance overall well-being. Your enthusiasm and expertise will inspire participants to stay active, boost their confidence, and enjoy the benefits of movement in a supportive environment. Holistic Body Training is an established (2007) Bournemouth based Natural Health & Fitness business.

We have been providing our Safe & Sound chair based exercise classes to the elderly for over 10 years.

We are looking for a special person to join our highly successful team. Someone that is looking for something different. A chance to help people get or stay fit, healthy and independent, and give back in a unique way.

We are a happy, positive and flexible team and hours are negotiable, to be agreed to suit both you and us.

Based in the BCP area.

You will need to undertake a short training programme which is provided by us before you start, and you will gain certification and a nationally recognised qualification.

For this current position we are looking to train someone now before Christmas, ready to start January in the new year.

Uniform will be provided.

No weekend working. A work day generally starts about 9.30am till about 3.30pm.

Actual working hours/times vary as we will accommodate the right person and you choose how much or little you work.

Realistically, the max you can earn in a week is £300, so if you are looking for money rather than fulfilment and job satisfaction then this is not for you.

We are looking for someone that is positive, wants do something productive and worthwhile. No experience needed as training will be given
