Change Analyst - Claims Transformation

Change plan coordination and forward planning: Maintain the detailed change management plan task list, including owners, dependencies, due dates, status, evidence, risks, and next actions.

Change impact and readiness support: Support change impact assessments across Claims Transformation releases, workstreams, stakeholder groups, processes, procedures, and user roles.

Communications and stakeholder engagement: Draft communication materials, stakeholder updates, FAQs, talking points, briefing notes, and change announcements.

Training and enablement execution: Coordinate training logistics, attendance tracking, training materials, job aids, quick reference guides, and knowledge checks.

Adoption, hypercare, and change reporting: Support adoption tracking before, during, and after go-live.

Succession planning and knowledge transfer: Document change approaches, templates, lessons learned, and reusable playbooks for future claims and operations transformation initiatives.

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in change management, business readiness, communications, training, transformation delivery, or operations change execution.

Broader insurance operations experience is required; direct claims experience is strongly preferred but not mandatory.

Demonstrated experience coordinating detailed activity plans, managing multiple stakeholders, driving follow-through, and escalating delivery risks.

Experience supporting technology-enabled process change, operational transformation, or customer service initiatives.

Experience preparing communications, coordinating training, tracking readiness, and measuring adoption.

Working knowledge of Prosci/ADKAR, Agile change, or comparable change and readiness frameworks is advantageous.

Strong PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Teams, written communication, facilitation, and project tracking skills.

Available to start as soon as possible, commit to a 6 12 month engagement, and report on site approximately 80% of the time.
