Change Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Change Analyst to hit the ground running in a large and interesting programme of work in the public sector.

Your deliverables will be;

• Support the successful delivery of change activities within the programme.
• Work closely with the Change Manager to ensure change is well understood, planned and implemented in coordination with the programme team and workstreams.
• Help coordinate change efforts, assess impacts, and support stakeholder engagement to enable successful adoption of change across internal and external stakeholder groups.
• Conduct change impact assessments and stakeholder analyses across a broad range of stakeholders.
• Maintain and update the stakeholder database and change schedule as required.
• Support the development and maintenance of change management plans for each programme phase, including communication, training, and engagement strategies.
• Assist in the design and delivery of change interventions to ensure successful uptake and adoption.
• Coordinate and contribute to the planning and delivery of change activities such as workshops, briefings and feedback sessions to gather insights and improve outcomes.
• Collaborate with the programme team and workstreams to ensure change activities are integrated into the broader programme approach.
• Develop and maintain an understanding of other connected programmes within to ensure alignment and minimise stakeholder impact.
