Change Analyst

About the Company Davidson is partnering with a leading organisation undergoing a significant transformation program. This is an opportunity to join a large-scale migration and support the business through meaningful organisational and operational change.

About the Role We are seeking an experienced Change Analyst to support the delivery of change across a major migration program. Working closely with the broader change and project teams, you will help assess business impacts, engage stakeholders and support readiness and adoption activities.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Supporting change impact assessments and business readiness activities
• Developing stakeholder analysis and engagement plans
• Supporting communications, training and change collateral
• Working closely with project teams and business stakeholders to understand impacts across people, process and technology
• Tracking change activities, risks and dependencies
• Supporting the successful adoption and embedding of change across impacted teams

About You You will be an experienced Change Analyst with strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to work across a complex program environment.

Ideally, you will bring:

• Previous experience as a Change Analyst or within a similar organisational change role
• Strong experience supporting change impact assessments, stakeholder engagement and readiness activities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working within banking or broader financial services is highly preferred
• Exposure to large-scale technology or business implementation programs would be advantageous
• The ability to work collaboratively across business and technology teams in a fast-paced environment
