Change Analyst

We are looking for a detail-oriented and creative Change Analyst to support change management activities across business and technology projects. The successful candidate will assist in preparing communications, developing training materials, coordinating stakeholders, and maintaining project documentation to support smooth implementation of changes.

This role is suitable for candidates with strong writing, communication, and content development skills who enjoy working with different teams and creating clear, user-friendly materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare stakeholder communications, presentations, and training materials.
• Support change management activities and stakeholder engagement.
• Assist in coordinating training sessions and preparing learning materials.
• Maintain change documentation, activity trackers, and status reports.
• Support change readiness activities and monitor progress against agreed timelines.
• Work with project teams to coordinate communication and training activities.
• Help ensure employees and stakeholders understand upcoming changes.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in change management, communications, training coordination, or a related role.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong content development and presentation skills.
• Ability to simplify complex information into clear and easy-to-understand materials.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Good to Have

• Exposure to change management methodologies such as Prosci ADKAR.
• Experience supporting business, digital, or technology transformation projects.
• Familiarity with collaboration and communication platforms.
• Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Articulate, Camtasia, or similar content development tools.

Pay: RM7,500.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
