Change Analyst

Job Requirements:

• Hands-on experience in Change Management Role.
• Strong understanding of Change Management processes (ITIL or equivalent)
• Experience with ITSM tools (e.g - Remedy Force, ServiceNow)
• Excellent documentation and reporting skills
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities
• High attention to detail and process discipline
• Effective stakeholder communication and coordination
• Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities
• Certified ITIL V3
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in both speaking and
• writing English.
• Proficiency with SharePoint will be advantageous
• Team player having the ability to work effectively in a team environment and with all
• levels
• Able to demonstrate good problem-solving technique
