Join a major digital transformation program as a Change Analyst, driving business readiness, adoption and stakeholder engagement across multiple technology initiatives. Working alongside change, communications and learning specialists, you'll lead impact assessments, facilitate workshops, support readiness activities and help teams successfully navigate change in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

We're seeking a Change Analyst to join a high-profile transformation program.

This is an opportunity to become the face of Business Adoption within several critical technology initiatives that are moving at pace, including website and customer portal implementations scheduled to go live in early 2027.

Working within an integrated Business Adoption team, you'll help ensure that employees are prepared, engaged and ready for change by partnering across change management, communications, learning and project delivery functions.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in complex environments, can work through ambiguity, and knows how to bring people on the journey during large-scale transformation.

About the Team

The Business Adoption team is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of:

• Business Readiness
• Organisational Change Management
• Learning & Capability
• Internal Communications
• Adoption & Reinforcement Activities

Rather than treating these disciplines separately, the team takes a holistic approach to ensuring successful adoption outcomes across the transformation program.

You'll work closely with:

• The Adoption & Business Readiness Lead
• Communications Specialists
• Learning & Training Specialists
• Project Managers
• Technology Delivery Teams
• Business Stakeholders across the organisation

While there is dedicated communications and learning expertise within the team, your focus will be on understanding impacts, assessing readiness and ensuring that change is successfully adopted.

The Opportunity

Several key initiatives are entering critical delivery phases over the next few months, creating an immediate need for a capable Change Analyst who can quickly establish credibility and provide hands-on support.

You'll be managing change across multiple streams simultaneously and partnering closely with project and business stakeholders to deliver positive adoption outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Change Impact Assessments (CIA) across technology and business initiatives.
• Support Training Impact Assessments (TIA) and Learning Needs Analysis (LNA) activities.
• Assess organisational readiness and develop readiness plans.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions.
• Build trusted relationships across project teams and business stakeholders.
• Identify adoption risks, resistance points and mitigation strategies.
• Support business engagement and feedback activities.
• Develop and maintain change documentation and reporting.
• Coordinate and contribute to business readiness deliverables.
• Partner with communications and learning specialists to ensure change activities are aligned and effective.
• Provide adoption insights to project and program leadership.

About You

We're looking for a practical Change Analyst with exposure to technology transformation and can confidently operate in fast-moving environments.
