Change Analyst (TELCO)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Change Strategy & Planning: Develop and manage change strategies aligned with BSS modernization releases, timelines, and business objectives.

• Stakeholder Management: Engage business, IT, operations, leadership, and vendor stakeholders to ensure alignment and address concerns.

• Change Impact Assessment: Assess impacts of system, process, role, and operational changes across affected teams and user groups.

• Business Readiness: Manage readiness activities, criteria, dashboards, and go/no-go inputs for each release and deployment.

• Communications & Training: Develop communication plans and coordinate training, user guides, FAQs, and other change materials.

• User Adoption & Resistance: Drive user adoption by identifying resistance, gathering feedback, and implementing targeted interventions.

• Process Transition: Coordinate updates to SOPs, workflows, process documentation, and role definitions for future-state operations.

• UAT, Deployment & Hypercare: Support UAT, pilot, cutover, deployment, and hypercare activities to ensure smooth user transition.

• Reporting & Governance: Track readiness, training, adoption, risks, and issues while providing executive and program-level updates.

• Continuous Improvement: Conduct lessons learned and improve change strategies, rollout processes, templates, and adoption practices.

QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES

• 5+ years of experience in Change Management, Organizational Change, Transformation, or Program/Project Management.
• Experience supporting large-scale technology transformation or system implementation programs.
• Strong background in stakeholder management, change impact assessment, business readiness, communications, training, and user adoption.
• Experience with UAT, deployment, cutover, and hypercare activities.
• Strong communication, facilitation, documentation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to translate technical changes into clear business and user impacts.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, senior stakeholders, IT, business units, and vendors.
• Experience in BSS/OSS, Telecommunications, CRM, Billing, or enterprise systems is a plus.
• Knowledge of Prosci/ADKAR or other change management frameworks is preferred.

Pay: Php80,000.00 - Php100,000.00 per month
