Change & Continuous Improvement Leader

For our client, we are seeking a Change & Continuous Improvement Leader to join the team of a leader in the Technical Services space.

This leader will drive enterprise change and operational excellence efforts across a complex, multi-stakeholder environment. The role will focus on building strong adoption plans, improving processes, and helping leadership teams deliver measurable business outcomes. This person will also partner closely with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency, customer experience, and the financial impact of transformation work.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $175,000 – $250,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead and sustain change initiatives across multiple business functions
• Develop comprehensive strategies and engagement plans for change management
• Assess organizational readiness and address change resistance with leadership teams
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to align teams with transformation goals
• Identify opportunities for enhancing operational efficiency and customer experience
• Utilize Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies for process improvements
• Quantify operational and financial benefits from improvement efforts

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Development, Industrial Engineering, Operations, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience leading organizational change and operational excellence initiatives
• Proven track record with enterprise-wide projects having significant impact
• Experience in complex, matrixed environments with diverse stakeholders
• Preferred experience in financial services, professional services, or consulting
