The GigG'day, change and training trailblazers!
Cloud Delivered is on the hunt for a hands-on Change and Training Lead to join a small, committed crew delivering a significant training and documentation program.
Picture this:
You're the practitioner at the centre of an eight month engagement — in Hobart. You're not managing someone else's work; you're the one interpreting processes, writing the content, and standing in front of stakeholders to validate it.
This gig covers multiple stakeholder groups across a wide range of business processes. You'll run workshops, hold weekly progress meetings, author operational manuals and user guides, build self-paced e-learning modules, and produce facilitator resources for a train-the-trainer model.
We know because we do.
Cloud Delivered's team are practitioners ourselves — we know what 'hands-on' actually means, and we know how to spot the real thing. This isn't a role for someone who 'oversaw' a team that did this work.
If you tick the essentials below, we'll help you nail this engagement from day one.

Accessibility practice to WCAG 2.1 AA, and the ability to evidence it.

A recognised change management certification, for example APMG Change Management Practitioner or Prosci, and a relevant tertiary qualification.
