Change Lead

Role:  Change Lead 7 months initial, possible extension

About the Role:

We’re seeking an experienced Change Lead to drive end-to-end change and communication management for a major ERP modernisation program. You’ll partner closely with senior business stakeholders and program leads to ensure business readiness, minimise resistance, and enable successful adoption through deployment and go-live.

Responsibilities:

• Execute a fit-for-purpose change management strategy aligned to program outcomes.
• Deliver stakeholder engagement : mapping, influence analysis, tailored engagement plans, and resistance management.
• Deliver communications : audience segmentation, key messages, channels, schedules, feedback loops, and effectiveness measures.
• Run change impact assessments (process/role/system/behaviour) and translate findings into targeted interventions.
• Lead business readiness and adoption activities (incl. metrics, reporting, and continuous improvement).
• Support leaders through change and manage organisational resistance through critical deployment/go-live phases.

Qualifications:

• Strong track record leading change on large Modern ERP/SAP programs .
• Highly experienced with delivery of change impact assessments
• Deep practical knowledge of recognised approaches (e.g., Prosci/ADKAR, Kotter, Lewin ).
• Strong executive-facing communication (papers, steering committee updates, presentations).
• Ability to operate confidently in complex environments with multiple workstreams and dependencies.
• Desirable: Prosci (or equivalent) certification , SAP Activate / fit-to-standard experience, public sector exposure.
