Change Lead for an AI-powered delivery transformation

The opportunity
A leading PE-backed UK insurtech is changing how its insurance products are built. Its AI and automation initiatives cover agentic specification writing, configuration-as-code deployment and automated testing. The goal is to cut product build time by 50%. The first modules are already live, and your job is to make sure 300+ engineers and business analysts actually adopt them.

What you'll do

• Strengthen and run the rollout plan: deployment approach, training, support model and target operating model

• Lead change on the ground: find out why adoption stalls, clear the blockers, and make the new workflows easy to understand and use

• Map the target workflows against today's ways of working

• Build the adoption dashboards and report on impact every month

Practicalities
5–6 months · 4–5 days/week · start early November 2026 at the latest · London, regular on-site presence · English-speaking environment

Who we're looking for

• 8+ years leading change or transformation in tech or software organisations of 200+ people, ideally a former consultant (strategy, digital or transformation firm) at Engagement Manager level

• A proven record of rolling out a new tool or process at scale, with measurable results

• Hands-on familiarity with AI-assisted development and the software lifecycle (requirements → build → test → deploy)

• A doer, not just a planner: you build the dashboards yourself and earn the trust of team leads without formal authority

• Insurtech or SaaS implementation experience is a plus
