- Conduct change impact assessments to identify how changes will affect employees, teams, processes, systems, and organizational culture.
- Develop change management plans, including implementation strategies, mitigation actions, timelines, and adoption activities.
- Gather and analyze business requirements and assess the impact of proposed changes on existing processes and operations.
- Manage stakeholder engagement across different levels of the organization and secure stakeholder buy-in.
- Develop and deliver change communications, ensuring stakeholders and employees are informed throughout the change lifecycle.
- Create and facilitate training programs and materials to help employees adopt new processes, systems, and organizational changes.
- Support the end-to-end implementation of change initiatives, monitoring progress, risks, issues, and adoption.
- Collect and analyze feedback and change-related data to measure effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.
- Prepare status reports, dashboards, and progress updates for stakeholders and management.
- Promote a culture of adaptability and continuous improvement, helping employees understand the benefits and importance of organizational change.
