Change Management Senior Analyst

LER TechForce is seeking a Change Management Senior Analyst to work onsite at our client in San Juan, Puerto Rico . This is a long term consultant role.

What you will be doing:

• Support the execution of the AMI Change Management strategy and roadmap
• Conduct stakeholder assessments and organizational impact analyses
• Identify change risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Track organizational readiness metrics and adoption indicators
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder feedback sessions
• Develop communication plans aligned with project milestones and draft executive communications, presentations, newsletters, and awareness materials.
• Support employee training programs, training needs assessments, job aids, quick-reference guides, and operational readiness documentation.
• Track adoption metrics, support reporting dashboards, and help identify and address areas of resistance.
• Prepare change management status reports and support PMO, field deployment, business transformation, and executive or steering committee activities.

What you'll need to be successful:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Communications, Human Resources, Management, or a related field
• 5 to 10 years of professional experience in Change Management, Organizational Development, Business Transformation, Training, Communications, or related disciplines.
• Demonstrated experience supporting large-scale technology or business transformation initiatives
• .Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and SharePoint
• Experience with organizational readiness assessments, stakeholder analysis, communications, and training materials

Prefer

• Master's degree.
• Prior utility experience.
• AMI, Smart Grid, CIS, MDM, OMS, or other utility transformation project experience.
• Prosci Change Management Certification, CCMP, PMP, or relevant training and facilitation certifications.
