Change Management Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Change Analyst to support organizational and technology transformation initiatives. This role will work closely with the Change Manager to execute key change management activities, develop engaging communications and training content, as well as coordinate stakeholder engagement activities. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with excellent content creation and project coordination skills who enjoys translating complex information into clear, engaging messages and learning materials.

Key responsibilities

• Support day-to-day implementation and operational activities associated with change initiatives.
• Support stakeholder communication and engagement activities, analysis and coordination.
• Support training preparation, analysis and coordination.
• Design and develop clear and engaging communication and learning materials.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of change management documentation, trackers, and reporting.
• Support readiness activities.

About you

• At least a Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Marketing, Education, Psychology, Information Systems, or related fields.
• Experience in Change Management, Communications, Learning & Development, Project Coordination, PMO, or Business Transformation.
• Experience creating communications, presentations, training materials, or learning content.
• Experience supporting project teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to create engaging and user-friendly communications and learning content.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to collect, organize, and interpret data.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
