Change Management Consultant

1. Background

Seeking an experienced external Change Management & Communications Specialist to support strategic transformation initiatives. The engagement will ensure continuity of critical change activities while strengthening long-term organizational change capabilities.

2. Objective

Change management and communication support for key transformation initiatives while helping establish a sustainable and repeatable PROSCI-based change management framework.

3. Scope of Work

Apply PROSCI-based change management methodologies and tools.

Conduct stakeholder, readiness, and change impact assessments.

Develop change management and communication plans.

Create change stories, messaging, and engagement materials.

Support resistance management and adoption tracking.

Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement activities.

Coach internal stakeholders and support knowledge transfer.

Contribute to sustainable change management capability building.

5. Required Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in change management, communications, or transformation programs

Practical experience with PROSCI methodology

Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills

Experience developing communication strategies and materials

Fluent in English and German (C1 or C2 minimum)

Healthcare, manufacturing, or engineering industry experience preferred
