About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Change Management Consultant to support our client Center for Data Governance (CFDG) Change Management team. The ideal candidate will have experience in organizational change management, change communications, instructional design, training development, and project coordination. This role involves translating complex business and functional information into clear, engaging communications and practical learning materials that support employee understanding and adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop foundational, role-specific, and function-specific training materials.
• Create learning objectives, practical exercises, knowledge checks, facilitator guides, job aids, and reinforcement content.
• Develop and refine leadership communications, employee announcements, presentations, intranet content, and Microsoft Teams materials.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to develop accurate, audience-focused content.
• Use approved generative AI tools to support content drafting and customization while ensuring accuracy and human review.
• Manage stakeholder feedback, document reviews, revisions, approvals, and version control.
• Maintain project plans, action logs, risk trackers, milestones, and status reports.
• Support change adoption initiatives and collaborate with global teams across different time zones.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in change management, change communications, learning and development, instructional design, training, or content development.
• Strong writing, editing, presentation development, and visual storytelling skills.
• Experience developing training materials, employee communications, and stakeholder-facing content.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, Planner, Project, and SharePoint.
• Experience with project tracking, document review, feedback management, and version control.
• Familiarity with approved generative AI tools and responsible AI-assisted content development.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Flexibility to support scheduled global meetings, including colleagues based in Japan and Germany.
