The Role

Are you a hands-on change professional who thrives on turning plans into action? As a Change Management Executive, you will provide day-to-day execution and coordination support for change activities across a large digitalisation and AI transformation programme. Working under the direction of the Change Lead and Change Manager, you will be 100% dedicated to the programme, helping people and teams embrace new ways of working.

What You'll Do

• Support execution of Change Management activities according to approved plans and timelines, maintaining trackers, schedules and action items

• Coordinate meetings, workshops, briefings, focus groups and engagement sessions with business units, project teams and stakeholders

• Support Change Impact Assessments and readiness assessments by gathering information, coordinating stakeholder interviews and documenting impacts on processes, roles, systems and ways of working

• Maintain stakeholder registers, mapping and engagement trackers, and support change champion networks

• Prepare communication materials such as announcements, presentations, FAQs, newsletters and user updates, and manage communication calendars

• Monitor adoption by consolidating feedback, supporting surveys, maintaining dashboards and flagging emerging issues to the Change Lead

• Prepare status updates, reports and documentation, capturing meeting outcomes, feedback and lessons learned

What We're Looking For

• 3–5 years' relevant experience supporting Organizational Change Management, Digital Transformation, IT Transformation or technology implementation initiatives

• Good understanding of Change Management activities across the project lifecycle, including stakeholder engagement, communication, training, readiness and adoption

• Hands-on experience with Change Impact Analysis, stakeholder analysis and readiness assessments

• Proven ability to coordinate workshops, briefings, communications and user enablement activities

• Strong skills in developing communication materials, presentations, FAQs, user guides, trackers and reports

• Ability to juggle multiple activities and stakeholders while delivering on time

• Training in Organizational Change Management is preferred; Change Management certification is an added advantage but not mandatory
