We're looking for a Change Management Intern!

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Change Management Orientation & Learning: Learn core CM concepts, principles, and ongoing transformation initiatives within the Transition Business Group (TBG).
• Stakeholder Mapping & Analysis: Identify relevant project stakeholders and map out their specific communication needs, expectations, and alignment.
• Project Shadowing & Execution: Shadow CM team members to understand assigned projects and apply CM knowledge by completing direct project deliverables.
• Data & Feedback Analysis: Review project success metrics, evaluate raw data sets, analyze basic trends, and monitor current mitigation and adoption strategies.
• Communications & Training Support: Assist in creating project collaterals (e.g., business emails, presentation materials) and audit the effectiveness of ongoing communication and engagement activities.
• Capstone Project – CM Case Study Assembly: Develop a comprehensive Change Management case study incorporating project background, methodology, logged observations, and improvement suggestions.
• Feedback & Recommendations: Present case study drafts to the CM Manager to gather feedback and provide actionable recommendations for the overall CM plan.
• Final Presentation & Submission: Deliver detailed case study findings and final recommendations upon project completion.

What You Will Need:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Psychology or any other related fields
• A required Internship / OJT as part of school curriculum
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficiency in Google Suite, video-editing tools, or equivalent tools
• Basic understanding of project management principles is a plus
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Duration: 300 hours
