Change Management Lead

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Lead to drive organizational change initiatives and support large-scale transformation programs. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping organizational culture, enhancing employee engagement, and ensuring successful adoption of business transformation initiatives through effective change management strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute change management activities across organizational transformation programs.
• Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies, frameworks, and plans.
• Conduct stakeholder impact assessments and readiness evaluations.
• Design and deliver communication, engagement, and awareness campaigns.
• Establish and manage change champion networks to drive adoption across the organization.
• Facilitate workshops, leadership sessions, and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Partner with business leaders to support organizational development and cultural transformation initiatives.
• Monitor change adoption, employee engagement, and program effectiveness through established metrics and reporting.
• Identify and mitigate people-related risks associated with transformation projects.
• Promote best practices in organizational change management and continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
• Professional certification in Change Management such as Prosci, ADKAR, CCMP, or equivalent is preferred.
• Proven experience leading change management activities within large-scale organizational transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of organizational development, culture transformation, and employee engagement principles.
• Experience establishing and managing change champion networks.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive organizational adoption.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience within government, semi-government, energy, utilities, or large corporate environments is highly desirable.
