What they need
- Understand as-is and to-be process and information flows
- Document processes and change plans
- Develop and deliver appropriate training to superusers and end users
- Develop and coordinate production and distribution of change management communications (both visuals and presentations) for diverse audiences
- PowerPoint skills to create basic presentations
- Participate in maintaining role and t code mapping and align with regional and SAP security requirements.
- Survey employees as needed and assist in creating statistics of survey results.
- Coordinate curriculum for end user training and track progress
- Track and distribute success metrics, KPIs and KAIs through go live and system stabilization.
- Maintain change management Teams folder.
- Provide feedback on potential organizational redesign due to system implementation and work rebalance.
