Context and role objective
The change manager ensures effective adoption of the new core banking solution and supports the organisation through a complex, multi-year transformation.
Drive user adoption and minimise operational disruption
Support transformation of processes, tools, and ways of working
Mitigate risks related to resistance to change and capability gaps
Key responsibilities
The role covers the design and execution of a structured change management approach embedded within the programme.
Define and implement the change management strategy
Conduct impact assessments and identify affected stakeholders
Lead communication and stakeholder engagement initiatives
Design and deliver training programmes and materials
Support users during UAT, go-live, and post go-live phases
Monitor adoption through KPIs and report to programme governance
Profile and required skills
The role requires a strong mix of change management expertise, business understanding, and stakeholder management capabilities.
Experience in large-scale IT or banking transformation programmes
Knowledge and experience of Temenos implementation programmes (Transact or similar core banking platforms)
Strong ability to interface between business and IT teams
Knowledge of change frameworks (e.g. ADKAR, Prosci)
Excellent communication and influencing skills
Structured, pragmatic, and delivery-oriented mindset
