About the role

The People Solutions Engagement Lead is responsible for designing and delivering a Communications strategy, tools, and methodologies, as well as embedding a creative and agile communications approach covering design, content creation, channels, and translations through partners. A critical aspect of this role is ensuring that stakeholders, partners, and customers are well engaged in the change journey, facilitating successful adoption through a tailored change and communications strategy and approach.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy the communications framework and strategy, apply a structured methodology, and support change management activities within the People Solutions / Human Resources organization.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert in change and communications management.
• Support communication efforts for transitions, transformations, program management, and process changes as they relate to People Solutions.
• Be responsible for the deployment of the communications strategy, including the development of ongoing communications tools and vendor engagement as needed to support deployment.
• Enable the design, development, delivery, and management of key communications for the People Solutions function. This includes, but is not limited to, Annual Enrollment, Operational updates, announcements, and other key messages.
• Manage and promote the use of communications frameworks and methodologies to effectively drive holistic, interactive, and engaging communications.
• Collaborate with and maintain appropriate networks internally and externally to maximize engagement and ensure consistent value across regions.
• Assess needs and execute plans to continually mature and expand the communications and engagement approach in People Solutions.
• Actively share change and communications management ways of working within and outside People Solutions.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Communications, Organizational Psychology, or Organizational Development / Change.
• Experience supporting HR or technology/system deployments or large transformation programs for global, complex, and matrixed organizations.
