Change Manager

Lead change activities across assigned workstreams, develop & deliver change approaches impacting people, operational readiness and stakeholder needs.

As a Change Manager you will be responsible for leading end-to-end change activities and communications across assigned workstreams. You will develop and deliver fit-for-purpose change approaches that consider people impacts, operational readiness and stakeholder needs. These roles require strong engagement skills, judgement and pragmatism, with the ability to operate effectively in complex, evolving environments.   

• Proven experience in a Change Manager, Communications or organisational change roles
• Experience supporting business transformation, workforce, HR or technology-enabled change
• Formal change management certification (e.g. Prosci, AGS, APMG Change Management or equivalent)
• Strong understanding of change management principles and practical application
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, facilitation and communication skills
• Ability to simplify complex change and tailor approaches for diverse audiences
• Resilience and adaptability when working at pace and in ambiguity
