Change Manager – Job Description (JD)
- Manage and coordinate organizational and technology changes across projects.
- Develop and implement Change Management strategies, plans, and processes.
- Work with teams using Agile methodologies.
- Support change initiatives involving AWS and Salesforce platforms.
- Help assess and implement AI-enabled solutions to improve business processes.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth change adoption and minimize business impact.
- Monitor change progress, risks, issues, and adoption.
Job Qualifications (JQ)
- 5+ years of experience in Change Management or a related role.
- Strong understanding of Change Management principles and processes.
- Experience working with AWS and Salesforce environments.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project delivery.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled solutions and digital transformation.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
