Working within the Platforms domain, you'll support strategic changes across device management, identity services and emerging AI capabilities, helping employees navigate change confidently while maximising business outcomes.

What you'll lead & influence:

• Lead change management activities for technical platform initiatives across the organisation
• Drive adoption of security and device management programmes, including organisation-wide patching and device lifecycle initiatives
• Support AI literacy and adoption programmes, helping employees understand and leverage new AI tools and capabilities
• Develop and deliver engaging communication and stakeholder engagement plans
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, business-friendly messaging
• Partner closely with engineering, platform and delivery teams to ensure seamless implementation of change
• Identify change impacts, assess readiness and implement adoption strategies
• Build strong relationships across business and technical stakeholder groups to drive successful outcomes

What you bring:

• Proven experience as a Change Manager within technology, platform, infrastructure or digital transformation environments
• Strong understanding of organisational change methodologies and adoption frameworks
• Previous exposure to security-focused initiatives, including device management, identity management or patching programmes
• Experience supporting AI adoption, digital enablement or technology uplift initiatives
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Ability to simplify complex technical information for diverse audiences
• Confidence working alongside engineers and technical specialists in fast-paced delivery environments
• Strong planning, influencing and relationship-building capabilities
