Change Manager

We are looking for an experienced Change Manager to support business and technology transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will coordinate change management activities, stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and readiness planning to support smooth implementation and user adoption.

The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, and comfortable working with business stakeholders, project teams, and management.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate change management plans based on project timelines and implementation milestones.
• Conduct change impact assessments and stakeholder analysis.
• Identify potential change challenges and support mitigation planning.
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement, internal communications, and change champion activities.
• Prepare communication materials and coordinate training plans and delivery.
• Monitor change readiness, user engagement, and adoption progress.
• Maintain change management documentation, reports, and project updates.
• Work with business leaders and project teams to support successful implementation and adoption.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in change management or organizational transformation.
• Experience supporting business or technology change initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience preparing communication materials, presentations, and training content.
• Good planning, coordination, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple activities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
