Role: Change manager

5X onsite in a week (Ponte Vedra,FL)

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Marketing and project stakeholders to develop enterprise communication strategies for each project phase, ensuring alignment with project objectives and messaging.
• Gather and organize content for communication materials, including emails, FAQs, change notifications, and SharePoint content.
• Coordinate IT announcements and change notifications in accordance with company brand and communication guidelines.
• Plan communications for impacted user groups and ensure messaging is consistent across internal and external audiences.
• Support communication planning and execution throughout each phase of the project.
• Support organizational readiness by identifying changes to business processes, system adoption needs, and potential escalation requirements.
• Develop migration strategies for users transitioning from legacy platforms to new systems.
• Coordinate rollout activities involving internal users and external stakeholders, such as dealers, agents, and third-party administrators.
• Assess how system changes may affect business processes, workflows, and operations.
• Partner with trainers and subject matter experts to obtain documentation and information needed for communications.
• Participate in project meetings, change management sessions, and rollout activities to support effective implementation and adoption.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting change management, project communications, organizational readiness, or system implementation initiatives.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences.
• Experience coordinating communications and activities across multiple stakeholder groups.
• Ability to assess business process impacts and support user adoption during technology or process changes.
• Strong organization and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage multiple project activities and deadlines.

Pay: $50.00 - $58.00 per hour
