Change Manager (Data Governance)

Our client are a global consulting firm working on a project in the TelCo space, they are on the lookout for a Senior Change Manager to come in on a contract/freelance basis (full time, 8 hours per day, 5 days per week)

Key Skills/Requirements:

• Significant experience as a Senior Change Manager delivering data, data governance, data management or data transformation programmes within complex organisations.
• Proven experience working in a regulated environment, with an understanding of regulatory, compliance, risk and audit requirements.
• Strong understanding of data governance and data management principles, including data ownership, stewardship, data quality and governance policies.
• Proven ability to deliver change strategies, stakeholder communications, training, change impact assessments and adoption activities across affected business and technology teams.
• Excellent senior stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage Business, Data, Technology, Risk and Compliance stakeholders.

Contract is running for 6 months initially, paying up to €665p/day and will be 3 days per week onsite in The Hague.
