Change Manager (Financial sector) Brussels, Belgium

As part of transformation programs within leading financial services organizations, we are looking for Change Managers to support large-scale integration and transformation initiatives.

These roles can have either a strong IT focus or a business/operations focus, depending on client needs, particularly in the context of mergers within the financial sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end change management activities within complex transformation programs

• Support the integration and alignment of systems, processes, and stakeholders

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (IT, business, risk, compliance, external partners)

• Drive stakeholder engagement through clear communication and change strategies

• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to transformation initiatives

• Ensure business continuity and smooth transition during integration phases

• Define and implement training, communication, and support plans for impacted users

• Monitor progress, track adoption, and drive continuous improvement

Your Profile:

• Strong experience in change management within financial services environments

• Ability to operate in complex, multi-stakeholder transformation programs

• Experience working on IT-driven projects and/or business process transformations

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

• Comfortable navigating both strategic and operational topics

• Fluent in English (mandatory)

Nice to Have:

• Experience in mergers, integrations, or large-scale transformation programs

• Exposure to Agile environments or structured project methodologies

• Understanding of financial processes, systems, or IT landscapes
