Change Manager HR Transformation

Madrid, Spain | Hybrid (minimum 3 days on-site per week)
Experience: 3–5 years or more
Languages: Spanish required; English is a plus

We are looking for a Change Manager with experience in HR Transformation to support a client in the implementation and integration of a new HR system.

Key responsibilities:

• Support change management activities throughout the HR system implementation.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and communication.
• Support organisational readiness, adoption and training initiatives.
• Facilitate the integration of the new solution into existing HR processes.

What we’re looking for:

• 3–5+ years of experience in Change Management, HR Transformation or similar projects.
• Experience supporting HR technology implementations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Sopra HR is a plus.
• Fluent Spanish; English proficiency is an advantage.

Project details:

• Hybrid working model, with at least 3 days per week on-site.
• Initial allocation of approximately 50%, with potential to increase.

Sueldo: 200,00€-300,00€ al día
