Project Summary

Implementation of improvements to the organisation's Learning Management System (LMS), based on previously diagnosed issues. The Change Manager will support the change management and communications strategy associated with the rollout.

Goals and deliverables

Main Responsibilities & Key Activities

- Develop a cascade pack for Product Board members to distribute to their workforce.

- Develop a cascade pack for Steering Committee members to distribute at a strategic level.

- Manage and post ongoing project progress updates across internal channels (Viva Engage, SharePoint, etc.).

- Create communications and training materials for use during the rollout.

Experience Required

- Experience in communications, marketing, and product launch.

- Capable of producing promotional and informational content for distribution.
